- Mentoring: Supporting professional women guitarists and creating an intergenerational and international support network. Monthly meetings to follow up on projects and seek expertise from peers.
- Database: Updating the database and setting up an effective website.
- Statistics: establishing statistics in the guitar world (festival programming, competition juries, teaching positions) by country.
- Surveys: Identify when and why women « disappear » and do not become professional.
- Workshops: self-confidence, development of artistic projects, administrative expertise.
- Argument: Writing an argumentation: for all those interested in this fight, we will set up an argumentation as many fields do to help those who would like solutions, become aware and plant the seeds of the future.
- Funding and support: to support projects, create bridges to professionalization and more visibility.
